THRESHERS

• Before starting thresher nut bolt should be tight / fixed properly.
• V-belts should be tight on pulleys.
• Replace old Greece & add new Greece in the bearings after every week during working of thresher.
• Oil every bushing part after two hours during working of thresher.
• Oil & Greece provided wherever necessary.
• Before starting thresher check that all moving components are freely move in the chamber.
• To avoid rusting thresher is always kept under shade.

PULVERIZERS.

• Pulverizer always moves in the direction of arrow mark.
• Machine should be foundation properly to avoid vibration.
• V Belts should be tight on pulleys.
• Oil & Greece provided where it's necessary.
• Do not make any adjustment when pulverizer is working.
